Order Information
Running your own business can be very hectic sometimes, especially when you take care of a growing family as well. Copper Lane Creations is run by the one and only, ME. I ask please be patient when placing an order. All orders are made and packed with love and care by me and I will endeavour to get all orders out in the expected processing time of 3-5 business days. Please see below for further details on processing times.
Shipping & Postage
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, made and dispatched. During peak periods (Christmas and SALE promotions) please allow 5-7 business days. No orders are sent out on public holidays or weekends..... girl needs some time off.
All orders over $80 receive FREE STANDARD shipping - within Australia only. No code needed. Upgrade to express post option available for $4.00.
All orders over $100 receive FREE EXPRESS shipping - within Australia only. No code needed.
Standard Post flat rate shipping: $10.50 (within Australia only)
Express Post flat rate shipping: $14.00 (within Australia only)
Paying extra for Express posts ensures your order is sent through the express channels in Australia Post. This option is not an 'express order' service. The expected processing time of 3-7 business days still apply to express post options. Postage costs can change without notice. Australia Post has put the prices up over 10% from 3rd July 2023. The above prices reflect the new price rises and are keeping with current Australia Post prices. Please know I do not make any money from postage.
All orders are sent through Australia Post, this is a tracked service, your tracking number will be sent via email after your order is fulfilled. For standard shipping Australia Post can take up to 10 business days to deliver your order. Express Post can take up to 3 business days to deliver. Unfortunately, these delivery times are out of my control. Please allow extra time on postage during peak periods. Copper Lane is not responsible to Australia Post delivery times.
Copper Lane will not be held responsible for any lost items, once sent to Australia Post. It is your, the customers responsibility to check the tracking information sent.
If you have any questions about the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 1800 101 318 or visit their website.
Please check your shipping address carefully. Copper Lane is not held responsible for any orders being returned to sender. If it is returned back to us, it is then up to the customer to pay the extra postage fee for the items to be sent back out.

We are currently shipping to the below countries. Pricing is calculated at checkout. All orders are sent through Australia Post with tracking. Please allow 2-7 business days for express post and 6-30 business days for standard post. Please note these time frames as per Australia post, further delays may apply.

Local or Market Pick Up
Local or Market pick up is available by request only. Please contact me by using social media or email copperlanecreations.au@gmail.com before placing your order. I will provide you the local or Market pick up code to apply to your order, this will eliminate the postage cost. If for any reason you are unable to pick up your order an invoice will be sent to you to pay for the postage costs. Postage dates then apply. Please note the standard processing time of 3-7 business days still applies to Pick Up orders.
Local
Local pick up is only available 7 days a week between 10am - 4pm. For any reason I am not available during these times I am able to leave in a safe place for you to pick up. Copper Lane is not held responsible for any stolen to damaged goods left for pick up. I am located in Chirnside Park, Melbourne, Victoria.
Market *not attending markets at the moment*
Market pick up is only available during market dates and hours. Market pick ups needs to be organised at least 1 week in advance to ensure the order is ready. Currently Copper Lane is only selling at Yarra Glen craft markets (ON HOLD). Please see our social media channels for market updates.
Prices
Copper Lane is a handmade business, so you are paying for handmade products. All prices online are introductory prices and can change without notice. Prices can vary from the online store to Markets and stockists.
Discount Codes
Only one discount code can be used per order.
All orders over $80 receive FREE standard shipping - within Australia only, this is applied AFTER the discount code is entered. If you order totals under $80 after the code is applied shipping costs will be added.
