Refunds & Exchanges

Please read carefully so you understand the terms and conditions when placing your order with Copper Lane Creations.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Copper Lane will only refund or exchange faulty items within 7 days of purchase (online or at markets).

  • Items damaged during postage will be replaced or refunded, but you must notify me within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photo proof.

  • Damages caused by dropping, bending, or storing incorrectly are not covered. Please refer to the Care Instructions page to keep your jewellery safe.

  • Earrings with embellishments (foil/glitter) are glazed for protection. This glaze is water-resistant, but please remove jewellery before swimming, showering, or using perfume, deodorant, or hairspray. Damage caused by these is not eligible for refund or exchange.

  • Earring backings are surgical grade steel (lead & nickel free) for sensitive ears. Copper Lane is not responsible for skin reactions.

  • Stud posts are glued with special polymer clay glue. Handle carefully when putting on and taking off. Copper Lane is not responsible for posts coming loose or breaking after the 7-day period.

Change of Mind

  • Copper Lane does not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind” or ordering the wrong item.

  • All sales are final, including online and market purchases.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for exchange.

Sale Items

  • Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged, except if damaged during transit.

  • All sale item orders are final.

Handmade Jewellery

  • All polymer clay jewellery is handmade, so small variations in shape, colour, or design may occur. These are part of the handmade charm and are not grounds for refund or exchange.

  • Some cracking may occur in beads due to the baking process. White clay is especially prone to this. Cracks that occur naturally are not considered faults.

  • Acrylic pieces may have clear patches or uneven foil/glitter distribution. These are part of the unique design and not defects.
