How long will my order take to be sent?
Most orders are packed and sent out within 3–5 business days. During busy times (Christmas or big sales), it may take 5–7 days.

How much is shipping within Australia?

• Standard Post: $10.50

• Express Post: $14.00

• Free Standard Shipping: orders over $80

• Free Express Shipping: orders over $100

Does Express Post mean my order is made faster?
Not quite – I still need 3–5 days to make and pack your order, but Express means it travels faster once with Australia Post.

Will I get tracking?
Yes! All orders are sent with Australia Post tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is fulfilled.

How long does shipping take?

• Standard: up to 10 business days

• Express: usually 1–3 business days
  (Delays may happen during peak periods – this part is out of my control).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship too: New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, the UK, Singapore, Germany, Belgium, Greece, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark and the USA. 

• Express: 2–7 business days

• Standard: 6–30 business days

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that any customs fees or duties charged after shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes - by request only. I’m located in Chirnside Park, Melbourne. Please contact me via social media or email before ordering, and I’ll give you a pick-up code to remove postage costs.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes – but only one discount code can be used per order. Free shipping applies after discounts are applied.
