How long will my order take to be sent?
Most orders are packed and sent out within 3–5 business days. During busy times (Christmas or big sales), it may take 5–7 days.
How much is shipping within Australia?

Does Express Post mean my order is made faster?
Not quite – I still need 3–5 days to make and pack your order, but Express means it travels faster once with Australia Post.
Will I get tracking?
Yes! All orders are sent with Australia Post tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is fulfilled.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes - by request only. I’m located in Chirnside Park, Melbourne. Please contact me via social media or email before ordering, and I’ll give you a pick-up code to remove postage costs.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes – but only one discount code can be used per order. Free shipping applies after discounts are applied.
